Located in the City of Sturgeon Bay on the desirable bay side of the Door County peninsula, Eagle View Suite offers spectacular treetop views over the waters of Green Bay. The panoramic view encompasses Sturgeon Bay’s East Waterfront, Fincantieri Bay Shipbuilding, where large ships arrive for repairs, the historic Steel Bridge, and the nearby marina. Looking to the right, guests can also see Otumba Beach.

This renovated upper-floor apartment features two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Designed for up to four guests, Eagle View Suite is directly on the waterfront and only one block from Otumba Park and its public beach.

The Space

The suite sits on an upper floor, where windows frame the bay, Steel Bridge, marina, and working shipyard. The living room offers comfortable seating and a full-size sleeper sofa. The remodeled kitchen includes a dishwasher and the essentials for preparing meals. See more images, here.

Outdoor Space

Enjoy coffee or an evening drink on the deck. In season, walk down to the shoreline patio and swim ladder for a closer view of the water. In suitable weather, Eagle View guests may use the waterfront patio, table, chairs, bench, and swim ladder. The patio is reached by walking down the sloped driveway or using the stairs on the other side of the building with the bird on the gate, and is unavailable when snow, ice, or other conditions make access unsafe. Location

Otumba Park and beach are about a five-minute walk away. The Door County Maritime Museum, restaurants, galleries, and downtown Sturgeon Bay are also within easy walking or biking distance.

Guest Access

Guests have the full apartment. The waterfront patio is provided for Eagle View guests, although residents may occasionally pass through the waterfront area.

Good to Know

This is an upstairs apartment in a residential building. Guests should enter and leave quietly, remove outdoor shoes, and be considerate of residents below. Two friendly standard poodles live in the building and may be seen in the common spaces such as the entry way or the patio area.
