• Finding Lily Pad…the cottage is hidden from the street, so when you see the small green roof on the shed next to the sidewalk, you have arrived, park there on the street. The stairs leading to the cottage are just to the right of the shed. The address is 324 N. Joliet Ave., Sturgeon Bay

• Wi-Fi information is written down on the upper shelf of the entertainment center.

• A/C and Heat- Use the remote thermostat located on the counter to the right of the refrigerator. If you are visiting in the winter (20℉ and below) and want more heat, use the thermostat on the wall near the turquoise chairs to turn on the baseboard heat. That being said, if the baseboard heat is on, please be mindful not to allow anything to touch the hot baseboards. If you’re feeling really inspired, here’s a link to the manual for the Mitsubishi A/C and Heat Pump.  DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS, WEATHER PERMITTING, IF YOU CHOOSE TO OPEN THE WINDOWS, PLEASE TURN OFF THE AIR CONDITIONING.

-Check-out guidelines: Treat the cottage with love and respect. I expect that the cottage is left in the condition it was found. No more than two people. There is a garbage can and a recycling can to the right of the stairs as you walk toward the street. Dishwasher tablets are below the sink. The coffee pot can go in the dishwasher. You don’t need to stay until the cycle is complete, we will put the dishes away. Thank you in advance for leaving the cottage tidy.

• Ceiling fan on/off switch is located to the left of the door, the middle switch.

• Cushions for the outside dining table, life vests for the paddle boat (mandatory to have them onboard), and beach towels are in the bench of the bay window.

• Hand and shower soap is provided, but please bring your own shampoo.

• The hair dryer is located in the bathroom vanity drawer.

• Because the cottage is so close to the water, there is an ejector pump for the cottage’s waste water. It is NOT cape-able of handling things like sanitary napkins or tampons or other solid items.

• If you decide to go paddle boating make sure to take life vests (located in the bay window bench). They are required by the Coast Guard.

•Coming back to Lily Pad late? Turn on the outside and door lights to see your path back to the cottage.
